Refund Policy

Free Trial

adjiQ offers a 5-day free trial so you can evaluate the Software before purchasing. We strongly encourage you to use the trial period to determine if adjiQ meets your needs.

7-Day & Annual Subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not used the Software extensively during that period. Refund requests made after 48 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime licenses are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are not available for lifetime licenses.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@adjiq.com with your purchase email and order number. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

• License revoked due to Terms of Service violations (sharing, fraud, etc.)
• Requests made after the applicable refund window
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team
